A completed lesson, a successful card charge, a transfer to your connected Stripe account, and a bank payout are separate events. Check which stage needs attention before reporting missing money.
Check the lesson first
Open the booking in BirdieYard Coach OS, your coaching workspace, and confirm that the correct lesson is marked completed.
Check your Stripe Connect status in Settings.
Review the balance or payout information available through your connected Stripe account.
If you can’t match the lesson to its proceeds, contact BirdieYard support with the coach account and booking details.
A completed status alone doesn’t prove that the golfer’s card was successfully charged. If the charge failed or wasn’t applicable, there may be no proceeds to transfer.
If Stripe setup wasn’t complete
An eligible successful lesson charge may await transfer until your Stripe connection is complete. Finish the setup and ask support to investigate if proceeds are still missing. Don’t mark the lesson completed again or recreate it to trigger another payment.
When will the bank payout arrive?
A transfer into a connected Stripe account isn’t the same as a bank payout. Review the payout information and any outstanding requirements shown by Stripe. BirdieYard doesn’t promise a fixed bank-arrival date in this article.
When contacting support, include the lesson date, expected amount, connection status, and any payout reference you have. Keep full bank details and identity documents out of ordinary chat or email.
If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
