After a lesson, record what happened in BirdieYard Coach OS, your coaching workspace. Use completion only for a lesson that actually took place.
Mark a lesson completed
Open the scheduled lesson in Calendar, or the linked request in Lead Inbox.
Check that it’s the correct student and lesson.
Use Mark completed or the booking’s completion action.
Confirm that the lesson now shows as completed.
For an eligible paid booking, completion starts the lesson-payment process. A completed status alone doesn’t prove the card charge succeeded or the coach’s bank payout arrived.
Record a no-show
Review the booking and any contact from the golfer before using the scheduled booking’s no-show action. Don’t mark a lesson completed to collect money for a lesson that didn’t happen.
Attendance status and any cancellation or no-show charge are separate matters. If there’s a disagreement about attendance or a potential charge, ask support to review the booking instead of assuming a status change settles it.
If you recorded the wrong outcome
Contact support with the booking details and the correction needed. Explain whether any payment has already been attempted. Don’t create duplicate completed lessons to compensate for a mistake.
Use private coaching notes or a student summary for lesson context; adding a lesson log isn’t a substitute for updating the scheduled booking’s status.
If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
