Propose and confirm a lesson time

Move a lesson request toward a confirmed booking.

Use BirdieYard Coach OS, your coaching workspace, to respond to a requested time or propose lesson details. A request or proposal becomes a booking only when the required confirmation is complete.

Propose a time

  1. Open the request in Lead Inbox.

  2. Select Propose a time.

  3. Choose the lesson offering and the date, time, and teaching location supported by the form.

  4. Check the duration, price, and any instructions for the golfer.

  5. Review scheduling warnings and send the proposal.

The golfer can review and confirm the proposal. Until that happens, treat it as proposed, not scheduled. Check the request and your BirdieYard calendar for the resulting booking.

Confirming a requested time

When the request offers a confirmation action for the golfer’s selected time, review the lesson and scheduling details before using it. If the time doesn’t work, propose an alternative rather than assuming the request has reserved it.

Change a scheduled lesson

Agree the change with the golfer, open the booking in Calendar, update the date, time, or location, and select Save changes. Check the updated booking afterward.

Changing a Google Calendar event doesn’t reschedule the BirdieYard booking. If a conflict or error prevents the update, resolve the warning or contact support instead of creating a duplicate booking.

If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
