To request a golf lesson on BirdieYard, open a coach’s profile, choose a lesson, and send the coach your goals and preferred timing. Sending a request or selecting a time does not, by itself, confirm your booking.
Send your lesson request
Find a coach on BirdieYard or open a profile link the coach shared with you.
Choose the lesson you want and select Request a lesson. Check the lesson’s duration, location, and price.
Tell the coach who the lesson is for and what you’d like to improve. A short, specific message is enough—for example, “I’m new to golf and want to feel comfortable at the driving range.”
Choose a preferred time if the coach’s available times are shown. You can also add one alternative. If BirdieYard offers a way to continue without choosing a time, you can send the request and arrange timing with the coach.
Review the golfer, lesson, timing, and price breakdown. Sign in or create an account if prompted. If asked to save a payment card, complete that step before sending.
Select Send lesson request and check that BirdieYard shows the request was sent.
What happens next?
The coach can reply, confirm your requested time, or propose another time. Check your email and the request in My Lessons for updates. If the coach sends a proposal, review it and complete the confirmation step shown in BirdieYard.
Some eligible repeat-student requests can be confirmed automatically when the coach has enabled that option. In every case, use the booking status shown in BirdieYard to check whether your lesson is scheduled.
If you can’t send a request
A visible profile does not always mean a coach is accepting lesson requests. Follow any message shown on the profile. If submission fails, check My Lessons before trying again so you don’t send the same request twice.
For help, open BirdieYard chat and ask to speak to a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected] with the coach’s name and the error you see.
