You can request another lesson with a coach you’ve used before. A previous lesson doesn’t automatically reserve a future time.
Send your next request
Sign in with the account you used for your earlier lesson.
Open your coach’s public profile and choose the lesson you want.
Tell the coach what you’d like to work on next, and select an available time if one is offered.
Review the lesson details and total, then submit the request.
Open the request in My Lessons and check its status.
Will a repeat lesson confirm automatically?
Eligible repeat students may receive automatic confirmation when the coach has enabled it. The request still needs to meet the scheduling requirements. Other repeat requests follow the normal coach-response and proposal process.
Only treat the lesson as booked when BirdieYard shows it as confirmed or scheduled. If the coach proposes a different time, you’ll need to respond to that proposal.
If your previous lesson isn’t recognized
Check that you’re using the same account and requesting for the same student. Don’t create another account to work around the problem. Support can help investigate an account or lesson-history mismatch.
The price shown for your new request is the price to review; don’t assume a previous lesson’s price or an automatic repeat-student discount applies.
If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
