Golfers under 18 must use BirdieYard through a parent or legal guardian. The adult holds the account, submits the lesson request, and takes responsibility for payment and arrangements.
Arrange a junior lesson
Use the parent or guardian’s BirdieYard account.
Choose a coach and lesson suitable for the junior’s age and experience.
Identify the student accurately in the request and explain the coaching goals.
Confirm the location, lesson format, supervision, equipment, and communication arrangements with the coach.
Review and complete the booking confirmation through the adult’s account.
A junior must not independently create an account or purchase a lesson. Scheduling, payment, and other important arrangements should go through the parent or guardian.
Before attending
The parent or guardian should decide whether the coach, location, and supervision arrangements are appropriate. Don’t assume all coaches offer junior lessons, that supervision is included, or that every coach has undergone a background check.
Share only the information needed to arrange appropriate coaching. Don’t include sensitive personal details or photographs of a child in public profile content.
If you have a concern
Ask support for help with a booking or safety concern, and send questions about a child’s personal data to [email protected]. For the account and junior-participation rules, see BirdieYard’s Terms of Service.
If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
