Your teaching availability helps BirdieYard offer and check suitable lesson times. Set it in BirdieYard Coach OS, your workspace for managing coaching requests and scheduling.
Save your availability
Open Calendar, then Availability.
Check the time zone used for your teaching hours.
Add or update your regular weekly hours.
Use date-specific overrides for days that differ from your usual schedule.
Review the scheduling and spacing settings shown, then select Save availability.
Check the availability preview and your calendar.
Allow realistic time for your lessons, breaks, and any travel between teaching locations. A time window needs to accommodate the relevant lesson duration and scheduling requirements.
Availability and existing bookings
Changing your teaching hours doesn’t reschedule or cancel lessons that are already booked. Review those bookings separately and agree any changes with the golfer.
If you connect Google Calendar, the calendars selected for busy-time checks also affect which times are eligible. A free Google Calendar alone doesn’t create teaching hours in BirdieYard.
If a time looks wrong
Check your time zone, weekly hours, date overrides, lesson duration, spacing settings, and connected-calendar busy time. Confirm that your latest changes saved.
If the discrepancy remains, tell support the date, expected time, time zone, and lesson offering so a person can investigate.
