A lesson offering describes a lesson you teach, including its duration and price. Manage offerings in BirdieYard Coach OS, your workspace for your coaching profile, requests, and follow-ups.
Create or edit an offering
Open your lesson offerings in Coach OS, or the Lessons section of your profile editor.
Create an offering or open the one you want to change.
Complete the lesson details shown, including a clear name, duration, and price.
Save the offering and review how it appears on your public profile.
Describe what the lesson covers and who it suits. Don’t imply that equipment, facility access, or extra services are included unless you provide them.
Understand the price you enter
The coach base amount and the golfer’s total are different. For example, a $70 base amount produces an $80.50 public lesson price under the standard fee calculation. The golfer also sees a separate BirdieYard service fee before submitting the request.
Review the displayed pricing information rather than treating your base amount as the golfer’s final total. Changing an offering’s price doesn’t automatically reprice requests that already have a saved price.
Deactivate an offering
Deactivate an offering when you no longer want golfers to request it. This stops offering that lesson for new requests; it isn’t a way to cancel existing lessons. Review and manage existing requests or bookings separately.
If an offering won’t save or its public details look wrong, contact support with its name and the error shown.
If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
