Create a coach profile to show golfers who you help, how you teach, where lessons happen, and what you offer. You’ll manage it in BirdieYard Coach OS, your workspace for your profile, lesson requests, students, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Build your profile
Start from Become a coach and sign in or create an account. Work through the five sections in the profile editor:
Basics: Add your public name, profile link, a recognizable photo of you, and your city and state.
Coaching fit: Explain the golfers you work with, the goals you help them reach, and your coaching style.
Locations: Add the places where you have permission to teach. Use the appropriate private-location option for a home setup.
Lessons: Add your first lesson, including its duration, price, and what the golfer can expect. Review the coach amount and golfer-facing price shown in the editor.
Review: Read your headline and introduction, check the profile preview, and finish any items shown in the checklist. If you use AI-assisted copy, edit it until it accurately reflects your coaching.
Publish and check your profile
Complete the confirmations shown in the editor, confirm that your profile is accurate, and select Publish profile. When BirdieYard confirms that your profile is live, select View profile and check the public page.
You can return to edit your profile and add more information after publishing. Use real photos and only claim credentials, experience, and affiliations you can support.
Does publishing enable everything?
Publishing makes your profile accessible through its link. Appearing in BirdieYard search requires separate discovery approval. Lesson requests also have their own review status, alongside your Accepting lesson requests preference.
A published profile does not mean every credential is verified, and publication alone does not guarantee new lesson requests.
If you can’t publish
Return to Review and complete the highlighted checklist items and confirmations. If the editor still won’t let you publish, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person, or email [email protected]. Include the error message and the section where you’re stuck.
