Why your profile isn’t receiving lesson requests

Check publishing, request availability, and discovery approval separately.

A published profile can be accessible through its link while lesson requests or discovery visibility are still unavailable. These are separate settings and review states.

Check your profile

  1. Sign in to BirdieYard Coach OS, your workspace for your profile and coaching activity.

  2. Open your public profile and confirm that it loads with the information you expect.

  3. Review your lesson offerings and teaching locations.

  4. Check your Accepting lesson requests preference and any review status or guidance shown.

  5. If golfers can open the page but can’t request a lesson, send support your profile link and a description of what they see.

Publishing, discovery, and requests

Publishing makes your profile accessible through its link. Appearing in BirdieYard search requires separate discovery approval. Receiving lesson requests also depends on the relevant request-availability and approval state.

A public profile therefore doesn’t prove that all these steps are complete. Don’t repeatedly recreate your profile to try to bypass a review state.

If the request flow works but you have no requests

Share your profile with your existing audience and check that your introduction, lesson details, and photos clearly describe your coaching. BirdieYard doesn’t guarantee new leads or a particular number of bookings.

Support can help investigate a technical or approval issue, but can’t promise demand or a fixed approval turnaround.

If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
