You can update your published profile in BirdieYard Coach OS, your workspace for managing your coaching profile, lesson requests, and follow-ups.

Update your public profile

  1. Sign in to your coach account and open the profile editor.

  2. Update the relevant sections, such as your introduction, coaching fit, locations, or lessons.

  3. Review your changes and select Save public profile.

  4. Open your public profile to check the saved result.

Use clear, current information about who you coach and how you teach. Check prices, locations, and claims about qualifications carefully before saving.

Photos and external links

Use real photos of you and your coaching environment, with permission from anyone featured. Review the crop and how the images appear on your public profile.

Use Profile links to manage links to your professional website or social profiles. Check each destination and arrange the links in the order you want golfers to see them.

AI-assisted profile copy

If you use a suggested introduction or profile description, read and edit it before applying it. You’re responsible for the final copy. Remove any invented credentials, experience, locations, results, or guarantees.

If changes don’t appear

Confirm that you saved the public profile, then reopen the public page. If the saved information still differs, send support the profile link and the field you changed.

If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
