Contact BirdieYard support if you believe a lesson charge is wrong or want a refund reviewed. A refund request isn’t automatically approved, and canceling a booking isn’t the same as issuing a refund.
Ask for a review
Open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person, or email [email protected] if chat isn’t available.
Share your account email, coach’s name, lesson date, amount, and a short explanation.
Include relevant booking or cancellation messages and explain whether you attended, the coach canceled, or another problem prevented the lesson.
If you’ve already contacted your card provider, tell support so the review has the full context.
Never send your full card number, security code, or banking password. Support can request any additional information through an appropriate process.
What support will review
A person may need to review the booking, payment status, communications, and terms that applied to the lesson. For cancellations or no-shows, explain when you contacted the coach and what was agreed.
If a refund is approved, ask support to confirm the amount and next steps. Don’t assume a particular processing deadline or that a request has already returned money to your card.
What Fin can do
Fin can explain the support process and help you find the right guidance. It can’t promise refund eligibility, issue a refund, or decide a disputed charge on its own.
