Use Payments & payouts in your coach Settings to set up or manage the Stripe account used for eligible BirdieYard payouts.
Set up payouts
Sign in to your coach account and open Settings.
Find Payments & payouts.
If the status is Not set up, select Set up payouts. If Stripe needs more setup information, select Continue in Stripe when offered.
Complete the secure Stripe-hosted steps, then return to BirdieYard.
Select Check status and review the result and the time it was checked.
Understand the status
Not set up: start the Stripe setup.
Setup needs attention: review the information Stripe requests.
Stripe reviewing: Stripe is reviewing the account; check again for an update.
Payouts enabled: Stripe reports that the account can receive transfers and pay out to a bank. Review any additional information request shown.
Payouts need attention or Stripe account unavailable: follow the displayed guidance or contact support.
If a status check fails, use Try again. If payout setup is unavailable, check again later or contact support.
Manage an existing Stripe account
When available, select Manage payouts in Stripe to review bank details, payout history, and account requirements securely in Stripe. Do not create a second Stripe account to work around an incomplete status.
Setup status is separate from a particular payment
Payouts enabled describes account readiness. It does not prove that a particular lesson was charged, a transfer was made, or money reached your bank. Contact support for an account-specific payment question. Do not send bank credentials or identity documents in ordinary chat or email.
