The Lead Inbox in BirdieYard Coach OS, your coaching workspace, keeps your lesson requests and next actions together.
Handle a request
Open Lead Inbox and select a request.
Review the student, lesson, goals, and requested timing.
Select Reply to answer a question, or Propose a time when you’re ready to offer lesson details.
Review your message before sending it and check that the request reflects the next step.
A helpful reply answers the golfer’s question and makes the next action clear. Sending a reply doesn’t, by itself, confirm a booking.
Understand the stages
The pipeline uses New, Replied, Waiting, Proposed, Scheduled, Completed, and Lost. Use these to understand what needs attention. A proposed lesson still needs the required confirmation; a scheduled lesson has a booking.
Use Mark lost when an unscheduled opportunity won’t proceed. Don’t use it in place of canceling an existing booking.
If contact details are hidden
Some golfer contact details remain hidden until the lesson reaches the scheduled or completed state. Use BirdieYard’s request reply flow rather than assuming a missing email address means the request is broken.
If a reply fails, check for an error and whether it appears as sent before trying again. Contact support if the request or send status remains unclear.
If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
