A coach’s proposal gives you lesson details to review. Confirm the proposal in BirdieYard if the date, time, location, and lesson work for you.
Review and confirm
Follow the proposal notification or open the request in My Lessons.
Review the date and time, duration, setting or location, price, what to bring, and coach’s note.
Select Confirm proposal if you want to accept.
If prompted, save a payment method and review the booking details. Select Confirm booking to finish.
Check that BirdieYard now shows the lesson as confirmed or scheduled.
Saving a card is a separate step from confirming the booking. Don’t stop at the payment-method success message if the screen still asks you to confirm.
If the proposal doesn’t work
Use Decline proposal if you don’t want to accept it. Let the coach know what needs to change rather than accepting a time you can’t attend.
If the proposal has expired, ask the coach for updated details. An expired proposal can’t be accepted as though the original time were still available.
If confirmation fails
Reopen the request and check its status before trying again. If it remains unconfirmed or the details look wrong, contact support. Don’t send duplicate requests to force a booking through.
