I selected a lesson time—is my lesson booked?

Understand the difference between a requested time and a confirmed lesson.

Selecting a time usually sends that time to the coach as part of your lesson request. It doesn’t, by itself, confirm your booking.

Check your lesson status

  1. Sign in to BirdieYard and open My Lessons.

  2. Open the relevant request.

  3. Check its current status and the date, time, and location shown.

If the lesson is still requested or awaiting a response, the coach needs to confirm it or propose another time. If you receive a proposal, review and confirm it before treating the lesson as booked.

When BirdieYard shows the lesson as confirmed or scheduled, use the confirmed details to plan your visit. A selected time, saved payment card, or calendar event alone isn’t booking confirmation.

Can repeat lessons confirm automatically?

Some eligible repeat-student requests can confirm automatically when the coach has enabled that option and the request passes the scheduling checks. Don’t assume that applies to your request: the status shown in BirdieYard is the deciding signal.

If you’re unsure

Refresh the request before sending another one. If the status and confirmation email disagree, contact support with the request details so a person can check what happened.

If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
