Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. The privacy team will review the request and explain the next steps.
Send a clear request
Use the email associated with your BirdieYard account when possible.
State what you want to access, correct, or delete.
Identify the relevant account or profile without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Respond to any reasonable identity-verification or clarification request through the process the team provides.
Don’t send a password, sign-in code, full card number, or identity document in an ordinary email unless the privacy team has directed you to an appropriate secure process.
What deletion means
Deleting an account or removing public content doesn’t necessarily erase every record immediately. Some information may need to be retained for transactions, legal obligations, security, disputes, or other reasons described in the Privacy Policy.
If you have an upcoming lesson or an unresolved payment, mention it so the team can explain how the request affects your account and records. Don’t assume a deletion request also cancels a booking or refunds a charge.
If the request concerns a junior
Explain your relationship to the child and what information concerns you. The team may need to verify your authority before acting.
Fin can explain where to send the request, but can’t independently export all your information or confirm that deletion has been completed.
