If a lesson time is unavailable or a calendar event is missing, start with the booking and connection status in BirdieYard Coach OS, your coaching workspace.
Check an availability conflict
Open Calendar and confirm the date and time zone.
Review Availability, including weekly hours, date overrides, lesson duration, and spacing settings.
Open Connected calendars and check that the intended Google account is connected.
Confirm that the calendar containing the conflicting event is selected for busy-time checks.
Check that the Google event is marked busy rather than free, and review the latest sync status.
Canceled events, events marked free, and events you’ve declined aren’t treated like ordinary busy commitments. BirdieYard also avoids treating its own mirrored lesson event as a second conflicting booking.
Fix a connection or destination problem
If Google access has expired, reconnect and review the selected calendars. If a calendar was removed or its permissions changed, choose an available calendar with the required access and confirm the selection.
Allow the displayed sync process to finish. Don’t repeatedly disconnect or recreate a booking simply because an update isn’t visible immediately.
If Google and BirdieYard disagree
Use BirdieYard to verify the actual lesson details. Moving or deleting the Google event doesn’t change the booking. Report the date, time zone, affected calendar, and error message to support if the mismatch remains.
If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
