If your BirdieYard sign-in code hasn’t arrived, first check the email address shown in the sign-in form. A typo or a different account address can send you to the wrong inbox.
Check these steps
Confirm that the email address is correct and that you can open that inbox.
Look in spam, junk, and other filtered folders for a BirdieYard login email.
If the form shows a resend countdown, wait until the resend option becomes available, then request a new code.
Use the six-digit code from the newest email. An older code may no longer work.
If the email says the code has expired, request another code and complete verification again.
If verification appears to succeed but the page doesn’t move on, refresh BirdieYard or reopen it and check whether you’re signed in.
Still not receiving the email?
Contact support with the account email, approximately when you tried to sign in, and any error message shown. If you use a work email, your organization’s mail filtering may also need checking.
Do not send your login code to support. A screenshot of an error is useful only if it does not show the code or other private information.
If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
