Add the places where you actually offer coaching in BirdieYard Coach OS, your workspace for your profile and coaching activity. Teaching locations help golfers understand where a lesson can take place.
Add or update a location
Open your coach profile editor and go to Locations.
Select an existing place when the correct one is available, or provide the location information requested by the form.
Check the name, general area, and teaching context for accuracy.
Save your profile changes and review the location information on your public profile.
Only list places where you have permission to teach. A course affiliation or a saved location doesn’t mean BirdieYard controls access, books tee times, or grants permission to coach there.
Private or residential locations
Public profile information should use the appropriate general location rather than expose a private street address. Don’t place a private address in your public introduction, photos, or external links.
Agree the meeting instructions with the golfer before the lesson. Don’t assume an exact address is automatically sent when a booking is confirmed.
If a place is missing or incorrect
A submitted place may need review before it becomes a shared location record. Don’t select a different venue just to finish the form. Contact support with the place name and a description of the issue.
Check existing lesson arrangements before changing a location. Editing your profile doesn’t communicate a new meeting point for every existing booking.
If you still need help, open BirdieYard chat and ask for a person. If chat isn’t available, email [email protected].
