You can allow eligible repeat-student requests to confirm automatically in BirdieYard Coach OS, your coaching workspace. This setting doesn’t turn every request into an instant booking.

The request must be for one student with a previously completed lesson recorded with you. It must include a lesson offering, a preferred start time, and an explicitly selected teaching location. The time must also pass the scheduling and availability checks.

If a requirement isn’t met, the request stays in the normal request flow. You can then review it and respond or propose a time.

Look for a scheduled booking in BirdieYard before treating the time as confirmed. Don’t infer confirmation from a returning student’s name, a selected time, or a notification alone.

Turning the setting off doesn’t cancel existing bookings. Similarly, a student who has met you outside BirdieYard may not qualify if the required completed-lesson history isn’t recorded.

If a request appears eligible but remains unconfirmed, review its student, offering, location, and time before contacting support. Don’t create a second booking to force confirmation.
