Partner rewards are separate from a coach’s lesson earnings. Dub shows the referrals, commissions, and payout status for your BirdieYard partner account.
Coach referral reward
The current standard reward is $5 for each new coach who is attributed to your coach referral link, publishes their free profile, and is approved by BirdieYard. Account creation or an unfinished profile does not qualify.
Coach referral rewards are capped at $500 per partner per month. The reward is recorded as a commission; it is not an immediate cash payment.
Golfer referral commission
The current standard reward is 20% of BirdieYard’s commission on qualifying paid lessons from your referred golfers during their first year.
For example, if BirdieYard’s commission on a qualifying lesson is $10, the partner reward is $2. The calculation does not use the full amount the golfer pays for the lesson.
Refunded or canceled lessons do not earn a commission. Coaches do not earn partner commission on lessons they teach themselves. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not eligible.
When can earnings be paid?
Commissions have a 30-day holding period. Payouts require at least $20 in eligible earnings, completed payout setup, and any required verification in Dub.
Use your partner dashboard to review the status. A recorded commission, an eligible balance, and a completed payout are different stages. Meeting the minimum does not guarantee a specific bank-arrival date.
Partner payouts and coach payouts
Manage referral earnings and partner payout setup in Dub. A coach’s separate lesson-payment setup lives in BirdieYard under Settings → Payments & payouts. Completing one setup does not establish the status of the other.
Check your program terms
Review the current BirdieYard partner program and your dashboard for the offer that applies to you. Additional bounties or special offers have their own eligibility rules and deadlines; do not assume every offer applies to every partner.
If you need help with BirdieYard eligibility, a missing referral, or a reward, email [email protected]. Include the referral link, relevant dates, and the issue you see. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, bank credentials, or another person’s private account details.
